AUTOMATIC CENTRING DEVICES
In addition to the offering automatic centring systems LPS and SHPS, the machines of the series GT can also be equipped with the new Multi Head Positioning System (MHPS) that can correct concurrently and on each printing unit, the possible gap irregularities detected on pre-printed materials. Each unit can automatically centre markedly reducing the waste of material and time during the starting of a work, also increasing the working speed.
ENERGY SAVING TECHNOLOGY
Through the use of the IGBT technology and the innovative centralized management system of the drives power supply that allows the energy sharing between the motors during the operation of the machine, the energy generated by the motors during the braking phase is reused or even returned to the network to power other devices working in the same moment into the factory.
It follows an energy saving from 30 to 40%.
INDEPENDANT TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL PANELS
Each unit is equipped with a proper touch screen control panel in order to ease the setting and
the regulation of all the parameters.
MORE SAFETY FOR THE OPERATOR
Thanks to the implementation of security systems such as STO (Safe Torque Off), SS1 (Safe Stop), SBC (Safe Brake Control) and SLS (Safely Limited Speed) it is possible to obtain an effective protection of the operator, combining the security to the practical needs required by the production.
EXTREME MODULARITY
CARTES introduces an innovative modular assembling concept that allows to invert, replace or even
add printing and die cutting units with respect to the original machine configuration.

THE WORLD’S MOST SOLD MACHINE
CARTES first has brought industrial laser die-cutting technology in the field of self adhesive labels.
Today, there are more then 200 machines installed in 41 Counties confirming that the CARTES Laser technology has always been the most requested and appreciated.
CARTES Laser die cutting unit is the only existing on the market with CO2 semisealed unlimited lifetime source. It is supplied with double servo assisted pulling system and Radio Frequency power control. In addition to the established characteristics of constant quality of cutting over the time, maximum precision at high speed and minimisation of the maintenance costs, the SERIES L 360, offers unique features such as:
EXTREMELY VERSATILE
The L360 is proposed in different versions:
- with single or double Laser source;
- with Laser of 250 Watt or 350 Watt;
- with die cutting system for paper or films, or both materials.
These machines are very appreciated by label producers as the allow to produce in a single process the die cutting of any shape, other than perforations, micro-perforations, engravings, cutting, kiss-cutting and progressive and regressive numbering.
All the processing are digitally programmable in order to obtain in real-time products of the highest value.
ENERGY SAVING
The innovative ENERGY SAVING technology stands out for the centralized management system of the drives power supply that allow the exchange of energy (sharing) between the motors during the operation of the machine.

SPEED AND PRECISION
The Galvanometric system with 3 axes allows to reach a speed of the movement of the beam up to 10 meters per second keeping a perfect focalisation on the entire the working area.
Moreover, the machine is equipped with the LPS system (Label Positioning System) which is the most efficient web positioning control system, that assure a cutting precision of about 20 micron even when processing labels with an irregular gap.
CARTES Laser die cutting unit can be integrated in the machines of the SERIES CARTES GT combined with hot stamping units, silk screen printing units, flexo varnishing units, embossing and flat die cutting units.

Guillotine and longitudinal half-cutting machine for labels and other materials in roll.
The machine can work on-line or off-line and it is operated by a touch screen panel that makes it user friendly.
The cutting can be adjusted according to the length (meters / inches), the number of labels or the printing marks.
Configurable with output conveyor belt, stacker or chute.
Extremely precise, thanks to the LPS centring system, with which it is possible to accurately correct with centesimal precision the gap errors detected on the pre-printed materials.
